What Upbid sells
Upbid is a competitive attention marketplace. When you claim or outbid a spot, you are buying a paid promotional position on a public leaderboard — not a directory listing, endorsement, investment, or guaranteed traffic volume.
Ownership
Ownership transfers only after payment succeeds. Rank is always derived from the highest current bid among active spots. Paying the opening bid does not reserve #1.
Outbids
Anyone can raise the current bid by at least the published increment. When someone else successfully outbids you, they own the spot. Your earlier payment is not refunded solely because you lost the position.
Concurrent payments
If two people pay for the same spot at nearly the same time, only one settlement wins. The losing concurrent payment is canceled or refunded according to the payment provider's result for that attempt.
Content
You are responsible for the URL, title, description, and logo you publish. We may suspend spots or accounts that are illegal, abusive, misleading, or harmful to the marketplace.
